Day 1
Breakfast: crock pot brown sugar raisin oatmeal 
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches apples and carrot sticks
Dinner : baked chicken, rice, broccoli

Day 2
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and strawberries 
Lunch: left over chicken in Italian pasta salad
Dinner: chili

Day 3
Breakfast: cereal with blueberries and yogurt 
Lunch: pasta salad 
Dinner: pizza with salad 

Day 4
Breakfast: crock pot brown sugar oatmeal
Lunch: pb&j grapes and celery 
Dinner: drumsticks potatoes and carrots 

Day 5
Breakfast: banana muffins and yogurt with grapes
Lunch: egg salad, pineapples and carrot sticks 
Dinner: left over chicken noodle soup corn bread

Day 6
Breakfast scrambled eggs toast and potatoes
Lunch Loaded broccoli and cheddar potatoes with organes 
Dinner: cilantro lime chicken 

Day 7:
Breakfast Cinnamon toast and bananas 
Lunch: cilantro lime chicken burritos 
Dinner: turkey sloppy joes and corn 

Day 8: 
Breakfast pancakes and eggs 
Lunch: tortellini with red sauce and salad
Dinner: beef stir fry

Day 9: 
Breakfast: eggs and toast with oranges
Lunch: loaded broccoli and cheddar potatoes
Dinner: taco casserole

Day 10
Breakfast crockpot oatmeal
Lunch taco casserole
Dinner pizza and salad 

Day 11
Breakfast: banana muffins and oranges 
Lunch: egg salad pineapple and carrots
Dinner: hamburger helper 

Day 12
Breakfast: eggs and potatoes 
Lunch black bean soup
Dinner ziti salad

Day 13

Dinner: pork potatoes and carrots

Breakfast: cinnamon toast apples 
Lunch: tortalenis with red sauce and salad
Dinner: cilantro lime chicken

Dinner hamburger helper with salad
